When you take a class at Lenore's, you will learn how to prepare traditional and fermented foods, grains and conscious protein choices. Recognize how foods affect your moods, appeal to the senses and how to use them to achieve greater balance.
Don't worry, you won't be leaving with an empty stomach! A complete, balanced organic meal will be served. We use only purified water and organic ingredients and never use sugar, dairy, meat or chemicalized ingredients in our recipes.

You can add a 30 minute Foot Reflexology for $98.

The package includes a two-night stay in one of our romantically decorated rooms all with private baths, and Gas Fireplaces.
Awaiting you in your room will be a celebratory floral arrangement which includes a beverage, a tray of sweets and two tickets to the world famous Biltmore Estate.
